Does each integration need its own email template?

No. You can reuse an approved WebVouch invitation template across integrations. Set the timing for the source you use: Klaviyo follows the delay in your flow without adding the WebVouch template delay again.

What if my platform is not on this list?

Use the JavaScript snippet on your confirmation page, or call the API from your backend. Both work on any platform, including a custom checkout, and neither needs us to build anything first.

What does in development mean?

That integration is being built and cannot be connected yet. Each of those pages says what you can do instead today, because in most cases the same result is already reachable through the API or the JavaScript snippet.
