HubSpot review integration

Send review invitations from your HubSpot workflows

A connection that lets a HubSpot workflow ask for a review at the point a deal closes or a ticket is resolved, for teams whose record of a completed sale lives in the CRM rather than in a shop. It is in development.

HubSpot cannot be connected yet. It is being built, and there is no announced date. Everything below describes what it will do.

What the HubSpot integration will do

  • Trigger invitations from the workflow that already marks work as done.

  • Reach past contacts as well as new ones.

  • Keep one review template across the CRM and the shop.

What moves between the two systems

What starts it
A HubSpot workflow reaches the invitation step you added.
What WebVouch receives
The contact email and the deal or ticket reference the workflow passes.
What goes back to HubSpot
The review the contact leaves, written back onto their record.

How it will work

  1. 1

    Connect your HubSpot account

Authorise the portal whose contacts and deals should be able to trigger invitations.

  2. 2

Add the action to a workflow

Drop the invitation step into the workflow that runs when a deal closes or a ticket is resolved.

  3. 3

Let the CRM decide the moment

HubSpot already knows when the work finished. The invitation follows that, not a fixed schedule.

What you can do before HubSpot ships

HubSpot workflows can call an external endpoint, so a workflow can already create an invitation through the WebVouch API when a deal closes. In the other direction, a WebVouch webhook can push new reviews into HubSpot so a contact record shows what the customer said.

When HubSpot is the right choice

Pick HubSpot when the CRM is where a job is marked finished. For an ecommerce checkout the store knows first, and asking from both places gets one customer two emails.

HubSpot integration questions

Yes, through a workflow step that calls the WebVouch API. It takes a developer once, and after that it is a workflow action like any other.

Integration details last updated

Reviews you never asked for are reviews you never got.

Most customers will write about a purchase when asked once, at the right moment. An integration is what turns that from a task somebody remembers into something that happens on its own.
