What you can do before Salesforce ships
Salesforce can call an external service from a flow, so a closed opportunity can already create a WebVouch invitation through the API. A WebVouch webhook covers the return trip, delivering each new review to an endpoint that writes it onto the account.
When Salesforce is the right choice
Pick Salesforce when the sales record is your source of truth and the account team needs the answer where they already work. For a straightforward shop, the store integration is a fraction of the setup.
