WebVouch is a public review platform. People rate the online businesses they have dealt with, from gaming marketplaces and digital storefronts to ordinary online shops, and every business carries a trust score built from those reviews.
Anyone can read the reviews without an account. A business can claim its profile and answer its customers, but it cannot edit or delete what they wrote.

What WebVouch is
WebVouch collects reviews from people who have dealt with a business, publishes them on that business profile, and turns them into a trust score. The score reflects how many reviews a business has, how consistent they are and how recent they are, so a long record of steady feedback counts for more than a short burst of high ratings.
Most people arrive with one question: is this site safe to pay? A profile is built to answer it. It shows the rating, the reviews behind it, when they were written, and whether the business bothered to reply.
What WebVouch is not
- Not a certification body. A profile records what customers reported. It is not a licence, an audit, or a promise that a business will treat you well.
- Not for sale. Endorsements, rankings and search placement are not things a business can buy from us.
- Not a financial check. We do not assess a company’s finances or legal standing. Public registers are the place for that.

How a review becomes public
Every review follows the same route, whether the business is on a paid plan or has never logged in.
Someone writes it
A review is tied to a WebVouch account and to one specific business. It carries a rating, the text the author wrote, and the date it was submitted.
It runs through integrity checks
Submissions are screened for the patterns behind fake feedback: coordinated campaigns, account abuse, and attempts to work around an earlier restriction. Some are held for a person to look at.
It gets published
The review appears on the public profile with its rating, its date, and whether it came from an invitation the business sent. It counts towards the trust score from that point on.
The business can reply in public
A claimed business can answer the review underneath it, where every future reader sees the reply next to the original. What it cannot do is edit the review or make it disappear.
Anyone can report it
Readers, authors and businesses can report a review that breaks the rules, using the reporting tool on the review or by writing to hello@webvouch.com. A report is a request for us to look, not an instruction to remove.
Decisions can be challenged
Moderation decisions come with a reason and a decision reference, and that reference can be used to ask for a human review. The process is set out in the Terms of Service.
Where we draw the line
These rules apply to every business on the platform, including the ones that pay us.
A business cannot delete a review about itself
Once a review is published, the business it concerns cannot edit it, hide it, or remove it. It can reply, and it can report a review it believes breaks the rules, which we then assess.
Removal is not for sale
No subscription and no payment removes a review, raises a rating, or improves a trust score.
Public reviews are never paywalled
Reviews on a public profile stay visible to everyone regardless of what the business pays us, including after it cancels or downgrades.
Fabricated and incentivised reviews break the rules
Reviews bought, traded, or written by the business about itself are against the rules, as is pressuring a customer to change or withdraw one.
Moderation is explainable
We keep the evidence behind moderation decisions, so a decision can be re-examined rather than defended from memory.
