Terms of Service
Last updated:
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of WebVouch, including our public review pages, user and business accounts, dashboards, widgets, integrations, applications, and related services. Please read them before using WebVouch.
1. Operator and scope
WebVouch is operated by Lunar Trading sp. z o.o., referred to in these Terms as “WebVouch”, “we”, “us” and “our”.

(registered name: LUNAR TRADING SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ) is a limited liability company incorporated under Polish law, with its registered office at Rondo Ignacego Daszyńskiego 2B, 00-843 Warsaw, Poland. You can contact us at hello@webvouch.com or by post at the registered office address above.
These Terms constitute the rules for services supplied electronically by WebVouch. They are available free of charge before an agreement is made and may be saved or printed.
By using WebVouch, creating an account, submitting a review, claiming or managing a business profile, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you act for a company or another organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
2. Services and formation of the agreement
WebVouch provides public business profiles, reviews, ratings, replies and related information; review submission, editing, deletion, reporting, moderation and appeal tools; user and business accounts; profile claiming and verification; review invitations; widgets and supported third-party integrations; business analytics and subscription features; and customer support.
An agreement for public browsing is formed when you begin using the Service and ends when that use ends. An account agreement is formed when an account is successfully created and continues until it is deleted or terminated. A review-submission agreement is formed when a review is submitted, including where no full account is created. A paid-service agreement is formed when WebVouch or its payment provider confirms an order.
Some functions require an account, email verification, appropriate organisation permissions, a paid plan, a supported integration or additional verification.
3. Technical requirements and risks
You need internet access, a current browser supporting secure HTTPS connections, JavaScript and cookies, and access to an email account where verification or notices are required. Upload and integration features also require a supported file format, file size, device or third-party account.
Internet services involve risks such as phishing, malware, credential theft, unauthorised access, network interruption and third-party outages. You are responsible for securing your devices, email account, credentials and recovery methods.
4. Eligibility and accounts
You must have the legal capacity required to accept these Terms. If you are under 18, you may use WebVouch only where permitted by applicable law and with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You may not purchase a business plan, claim a business profile or act for an organisation unless you are legally able and authorised to do so.
You must provide accurate and current information and may not impersonate another person or organisation, create an account with information you are not authorised to use, or transfer an account without permission.
You are responsible for activity through your account. Tell us promptly at hello@webvouch.com if you believe an account or connected integration has been compromised.
5. Reviews and other user content
A review must describe a genuine experience that the author personally had with the reviewed business, product or service. It must be honest, relevant and based on information the author reasonably believes to be accurate.
- Do not submit fake, fabricated, purchased or misleading reviews, or content generated to misrepresent a real experience.
- Do not submit a review on behalf of another person or in exchange for an undisclosed payment, reward, discount or other benefit.
- Do not review a business you own, work for, represent or have another undisclosed personal or commercial relationship with.
- Do not include threats, harassment, hate, discrimination, obscenity, spam, advertising, malware or unlawful material.
- Do not violate privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property, consumer-protection or other rights, or disclose unnecessary personal or sensitive information about another person.
- Do not manipulate ratings through duplicate accounts, coordinated activity, selective invitations, review gating, suppression or another deceptive practice.
Submitting a review without creating a full account does not make it anonymous. The author name or public display name supplied with the review may be displayed publicly.
Businesses may reply to reviews but may not threaten, pressure, reward or penalise reviewers, or make assistance conditional on changing or removing a review.
6. Verification labels and ratings
For a review submitted directly to WebVouch, a “Verified review” badge means that the reviewer confirmed control of the email address used for the submission. It does not prove a purchase, independently establish the underlying experience or guarantee that every statement is accurate.
A source label such as “Google” or “Imported from Google” means that the review was obtained from the identified external source. WebVouch does not necessarily independently verify the transaction underlying an imported review.
A company rating may combine eligible reviews submitted directly to WebVouch, reviews from supported external sources and historical aggregate rating data displayed for that business. WebVouch also maintains internal test or synthetic content for design and quality-assurance purposes. Such content does not represent a consumer experience and should not be relied on as consumer feedback.
7. Ownership and licence
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Lunar Trading sp. z o.o. a worldwide, non-exclusive and royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, moderate, translate, display, distribute and make that content available through WebVouch, search results, widgets, supported integrations, APIs, emails and presentations promoting WebVouch or the reviewed business.
The licence is limited to operating, securing, improving and promoting WebVouch and the reviewed businesses. It continues while the content remains available and for a limited period afterward where copies remain in backups, legal records, caches or content already distributed through an authorised integration.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit the content and grant this licence.
8. Moderation, reports and appeals
WebVouch may use automated security and integrity signals together with human review to detect spam, fraud, manipulation, illegal content, policy violations and security threats.
We may hold content for review, limit its visibility, request information, add a source or status label, reject or remove it, restrict an account, or preserve evidence. Reporting content does not guarantee removal merely because another person disagrees with it.
Potentially illegal or policy-violating content may be reported through the reporting tool available with a review or by emailing hello@webvouch.com. A report should identify the content, explain the concern, provide available supporting information and include contact details. Where applicable, we provide reasons for moderation decisions and access to an appeal or review process.
A business user’s Archive function is an internal filing tool. It does not remove the review from public view or change the company’s public rating.
9. Business accounts and invitations
A business user must be authorised to manage the relevant organisation and must keep its organisation, membership and billing information accurate.
A business sending review invitations must have a lawful basis and any consent required for the recipient’s contact information and electronic message. Invitations must be neutral and must not be limited to people expected to leave positive feedback. Businesses must not suppress, discourage or make it unnecessarily difficult to submit a negative review.
The business is responsible for lawful sender information and invitation content, honouring objections and opt-outs, responding to data-protection requests, and retaining evidence of compliance. The applicable Data Processing Agreement governs personal data processed by WebVouch on the business’s behalf.
10. Integrations, imports and widgets
You may connect a supported third-party service only when authorised to access and share the relevant account and data. You authorise WebVouch to retrieve, process, synchronise and display the information needed for an integration you enable.
Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. WebVouch is not responsible for their changes, restrictions, outages or actions. You are responsible for ensuring that imported content and customer information may lawfully be used through WebVouch.
Disconnecting an integration stops future synchronisation but does not necessarily delete reviews already published through WebVouch. A public widget may display reviews and business-profile information on a customer-controlled website.
11. Paid subscriptions
The checkout page identifies the selected plan, current price, currency, billing period, taxes, any trial and the renewal conditions. Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period until cancelled. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Payments are processed through Stripe or another provider identified at checkout. Failed payments may result in a grace period, feature restrictions, suspension or termination. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
We may change future prices or plan features by giving reasonable advance notice. A price change does not apply retroactively to a billing period already paid.
Paid plans are intended for business and professional use. If mandatory consumer or sole-trader protections apply to you, those rights, including applicable withdrawal and digital-service remedies, remain unaffected.
12. Suspension, termination and deletion
You may stop using WebVouch at any time. Subscription and account cancellation tools may be available in the relevant dashboard. We may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, fraud, security threats, non-payment, unlawful use or where required by law. Where appropriate, we provide notice and an opportunity to appeal.
Deleting a reviewer account unlinks the account and removes associated review photographs, but does not automatically remove the public text of previously published reviews or their displayed author name. A review can be deleted separately, subject to limited legal preservation requirements.
Deleting a business organisation does not automatically delete the public company profile, reviews or replies. They may remain available to preserve the integrity of the public review record.
Information removed from WebVouch may remain temporarily in backups, search-engine caches, third-party integrations or records required for legal claims.
13. Intellectual property and acceptable access
WebVouch software, design, branding, databases, documentation and materials supplied by Lunar Trading sp. z o.o. are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for rights expressly granted by these Terms, you may not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, scrape, interfere with or create a competing or derivative service from protected parts of WebVouch.
You may not bypass technical limits, probe non-public systems without permission, introduce malicious code, disrupt the Service or use automated access in a way that imposes an unreasonable load or violates applicable law.
14. Availability and disclaimers
We aim to operate WebVouch reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, security incidents, network problems, third-party failures and legal requirements may affect operation.
Reviews represent their authors’ opinions. WebVouch does not endorse every review and does not guarantee that every statement, rating, company profile or imported item is complete or accurate. Nothing on WebVouch constitutes legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.
15. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights and applicable liability for intentional misconduct or personal injury.
For business users, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Lunar Trading sp. z o.o. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunities, losses caused by unauthorised account use, or failures of a third-party service. Lunar Trading sp. z o.o. remains responsible for direct loss caused by its breach where and to the extent required by applicable law.
16. Complaints
Complaints may be sent to hello@webvouch.com.
Please include your contact details, the relevant account, review or transaction, a description of the problem, when it occurred and the requested resolution. We may request information needed to verify identity or investigate.
We respond within 14 days where required by law and otherwise without undue delay.
17. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update these Terms for legal, security, operational or product reasons. Material changes will be communicated in advance through WebVouch, email or another appropriate channel. The notice will state the effective date and, where applicable, the right to terminate before the change takes effect.
Changes do not apply retroactively unless required by law.
18. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by Polish law. This choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections applicable in their country of habitual residence, and mandatory consumer-jurisdiction rules remain unaffected. Disputes involving business users are submitted to the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.
Questions about these Terms, Digital Services Act notices and other legal communications may be sent to hello@webvouch.com.
