How to set it up

Install the plugin
Add the WebVouch plugin to your WordPress site the way you add any other, then connect it to your business account.

Pick the order state
Choose whether an order counts as complete on confirmation or on completion. That single setting decides when invitations go out.

Import past orders once
Run the backfill for a range that matches how long your customers remember the purchase. Ninety days is the usual starting point.

When WooCommerce is the right choice
Pick the plugin over the JavaScript snippet when you want the past order import. The snippet only ever sees the order in front of it, so it cannot give a new profile a starting point.
