How to set it up

Connect your business
Open Zapier in your WebVouch integration dashboard and follow the connection link. Sign in, choose a verified business you manage and approve access.

Choose a trigger or action
Start with a new review or sent invitation, or add a WebVouch action to another workflow. For invitations, choose a template, map the recipient and source event, and set an optional send time.

Test and turn on your Zap
Use your own test inbox or review: testing an action performs it. Turn on the Zap, then monitor activity and manage access from WebVouch.
When Zapier is the right choice
Choose Zapier when your tools already have Zapier apps and you want to connect them without writing code. Use the API for custom backend workflows or large imports.
Zapier integration questions
Yes. Active and draft templates appear in Zapier. Activate a draft in WebVouch before testing or sending invitations; no Auto-Integration assignment is needed.
