Klaviyo review integration

Send WebVouch review requests from your Klaviyo flows

A connection that puts the review request inside the post purchase flow you already run in Klaviyo, so it arrives with the timing and the branding of everything else you send. It is in development.

Klaviyo cannot be connected yet. It is being built, and there is no announced date. Everything below describes what it will do.

What the Klaviyo integration will do

  • Add a review request as a step in an existing Klaviyo flow.

  • Use Klaviyo timing and segmentation rather than a second schedule.

  • Bring review data back into Klaviyo profiles.

What moves between the two systems

What starts it
A Klaviyo flow reaches the review request step.
What WebVouch receives
The profile email and the order reference the flow passes.
What goes back to Klaviyo
The rating the customer left, as a profile property you can segment on.

How it will work

  1. 1

    Connect your Klaviyo account

Authorise the account whose flows should be able to send review requests.

  2. 2

Add the step to a flow

Drop the review request into your post purchase flow, where the timing is already tuned.

  3. 3

    Send review data back

What a customer rated becomes a property you can segment on for later campaigns.

What you can do before Klaviyo ships

A Klaviyo flow can call an external endpoint, so a webhook action pointed at the WebVouch API already creates an invitation from inside the flow you run today. The reverse trip, review data landing on a Klaviyo profile, is what this integration adds.

When Klaviyo is the right choice

Worth waiting for when your post purchase flow already handles timing and branding better than a second system would. Let the store send the invitation when you have no such flow.

Klaviyo integration questions

Yes. Add a webhook action to the flow and point it at the WebVouch API. It takes a developer once, and after that it runs as part of the flow.

Integration details last updated

Reviews you never asked for are reviews you never got.

Most customers will write about a purchase when asked once, at the right moment. An integration is what turns that from a task somebody remembers into something that happens on its own.
