- A square image with the company name, review, author and stars is attached to each post. The caption includes the original review link, with an optional introduction for manual posts.

Opt into automatic sharing with a rating filter and one automatic post per 24 hours.
Track results, pause automatic sharing and remove posts created through WebVouch.
How to set it up
3 steps, in the order you do them. The connection lives in your business panel.

Connect and choose your Page
Open Facebook in business integrations, authorize Page access and explicitly select your business Page. Connecting alone does not publish anything.

Choose how to publish
Preview a public WebVouch review and add an optional business caption, or explicitly enable automatic sharing with your chosen minimum rating. Imported reviews are not eligible.

Follow results and stay in control
Publication activity distinguishes queued requests from confirmed posts. Automatic sharing is limited to one post per Page per rolling 24 hours; pause it at any time. Resuming starts from new eligible reviews without a backlog.
When Facebook is the right choice
Use this integration to share existing WebVouch feedback with your Facebook audience. Store integrations serve a different purpose: inviting customers to write new reviews. You can also use the existing manual Facebook sharing dialog without connecting a Page.
Facebook integration questions
An organization owner or admin can connect from business integrations. You need a verified business, an eligible plan and Facebook access that allows you to create Page content. The panel shows whether Page publishing is enabled in your WebVouch environment and whether reconnection is needed.
