Wix review integration

Collect reviews from Wix Stores, Bookings and Events

Connect one Wix site and invite customers after a paid or fulfilled Wix Stores order, after a booked experience ends, or after an event ends for guests who attended. Each source has its own switch and template, and the reviews you collect show on the site through native Wix elements.

What the Wix integration does

  • Switch Wix Stores, Wix Bookings and Wix Events & Tickets on independently, each with its own invitation template.

  • Ask at the right moment: payment or fulfilment for orders, and the end of the experience for bookings and events.

  • Show reviews on the site with five native elements for the Wix Studio editor: rating badge, review badge, floating badge, carousel and drawer.

Three Wix products, one connection

Each source has its own switch and its own template. Enable only what the site sells, and WebVouch checks the current Wix record before anything is scheduled or sent.

  • Available

    Wix Stores

  • Available

    Wix Bookings

Appointments, classes and courses booked through Wix.

The booked experience has ended and the booking is still confirmed.

What moves between the two systems

What starts it
A Wix Stores order is paid or fulfilled, a booked experience ends, or an event ends with the guest marked attending.
What WebVouch receives
An opaque order, booking or ticket reference from the app. WebVouch then reads the current Wix record for the customer email, name and date before it schedules or sends.
What goes back to Wix
Nothing is written into Wix records. The five WebVouch site elements pull live review displays from WebVouch onto your Wix pages.

How to set it up

  1. 1

Install the app and link your site

Add the WebVouch Reviews app to your Wix site, then open it as the site owner. Wix hands you back to your WebVouch business panel, where the installation is bound to your organisation. No Wix credentials are typed into WebVouch.

  2. 2

Switch on the sources you sell through

Enable Stores, Bookings or Events & Tickets on their own switches, choose whether a Stores order counts when it is paid or when it is fulfilled, and pick a template per source or keep the one assigned to Wix in Invitations.

  3. 3

Import history, then add the widgets

Run one bounded import of 7 to 90 days per source so the profile starts with reviews, then add the WebVouch elements from the Wix Studio editor and connect each one to its live review display.

When Wix is the right choice

Pick Wix when your Wix site is where the customer is recorded, and especially for bookings and event tickets, where the right moment to ask comes after payment. The JavaScript snippet only sees the order in front of it. The Wix integration waits for the experience to end, drops cancellations and no-shows, imports past customers once, and places widgets from the Wix editor.

Wix integration questions

Wix Stores, Wix Bookings and Wix Events & Tickets, each on its own switch. Stores invites after an order is paid or fulfilled, whichever you choose. Bookings invites after the booked experience ends, as long as Wix has not marked the customer as a no-show. Events invites ticket buyers and primary RSVPs marked attending once the event has ended.

Integration details last updated

Reviews you never asked for are reviews you never got.

Most customers will write about a purchase when asked once, at the right moment. An integration is what turns that from a task somebody remembers into something that happens on its own.
