I placed my order at the end of August…

I placed my order at the end of August and received it oct 22. I ended up being extremely paranoid because of all the negative reviews i saw about the site. I reached out via email twice about my order, and they responded both times within 24 hours. They were professional and let me know where they were within the process. The control looks just like the pictures on the site (resident evil design) and works well. It came packaged in the original box and with care.

the order status barely changed, and my messages didn't get a useful reply. Still no controller.

Really disappointing

Really disappointing - my controller never showed up, and I couldn't get a useful answer when I tried to find out what was happening. The order status stayed stuck while weeks turned into months. I expected a custom build to take time, but being left without the item or clear communication is not something I'd accept again.

NEVER BUY FROM THE COMPANY

NEVER BUY FROM THE COMPANY. I made the sad mistake of trusting them with one of my boyfriend christmas gifts in November OF 2025 ITS CURRENTLY AUGUST OF 2026 and have yet to recieve this stupid controller. I spent $250 on it including express shipping. Ive emailed them multiple times asking for a time frame when it would be here and they brushed me off rudely saying "art takes time" acting as if they make every single one from scratch lmao. After like 6 months of waiting i tried to cancel my order but my email went unanswered. I went to open up a disput with captial one over it and obviously a billion dollar company doesnt want to give back my money either so im stuck waiting for a controller that probably will never arrive.

Professional Review of Lazamods Service

As of 2026, I have still not received the product I ordered from Lazamods, despite placing the order on December 19, 2023. The service requested was a simple custom paint job, yet the company has failed to deliver even this basic service. Throughout this period, I repeatedly requested updates and was consistently told that the item was “in quality control.” More than two years have passed with no progress, no communication, and no product delivered. As a military service member, professionalism and reliability are values I take seriously, and unfortunately, this company did not demonstrate either. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Lazamods to anyone. The lack of transparency, failure to deliver, and prolonged delays raise serious concerns about the legitimacy of their operations. In my view, the company’s behavior reflects practices that could be perceived as misleading or fraudulent, and I strongly advise others to exercise caution before doing business with them.

ordered a controller december of 2023…

ordered a controller december of 2023 for my boyfriend…it’s 2026. they delete comments on their ig and don’t reply to dms or emails. scam. do not buy. please shut this business down

Do not waste your time or money. SCAM!!

Do not waste your time or money. I don't know how he still has his business. Paid for a "pre made" translucent controller. Waited 2.5 weeks for a controller that should have shipped in 1-2 days. As soon as I did a chargeback on the credit card he sends a tracking number but it was a fake tracking number and then he sent me a message asking for more money to cover the shipping for the order again... No one on reddit has received a controller from him. Been following him for a long time, thought I was supporting a small business but he's not legit.

No answers from them after 2 month

No answers from them after 2 month. I would not buy from them! Be careful. I hope I'll get my money back from my bank.
