What do reviewers like about the custom controllers?

Reviewers often praise the distinctive shells and color combinations, along with the controllers’ appearance, build quality, and feel. Some say their controller matched its pictures and worked well with their console.

How do the replacement stick modules feel and perform?

Several reviewers describe the TMR or Hall-effect modules as smooth, precise, and noticeably different from their previous sticks. Some say the modules were easy to install, though experiences reflect individual reviews rather than a guarantee of results.

Are the stick modules difficult to install?

Some buyers describe installation as easy or plug-and-play, and one reviewer says the modules came calibrated. Other reviews do not discuss installation, so the experience may depend on the product and the buyer.

How quickly do orders arrive?

Many reviewers describe delivery as quick or very fast, and some mention careful packaging. A few report slower delivery or shipping problems, including one account of a misrouted order that did not arrive.

Are there any reported issues with controller buttons?

Most comments about feel are positive, but a few reviewers note specific concerns: one found some buttons misaligned or recessed, while another found certain buttons harder to press or less crisp than expected.

Do reviewers consider the products good value?

Some reviewers say the stick modules were priced comparably to standard replacements or were affordable, and others felt the controller was worth the cost. These are individual impressions rather than a comparison of all products or prices.

What do reviewers report when an order or product has a problem?

Experiences vary. One reviewer with a missing shipment felt the shipping issue was not handled proactively, and another said communication about a controller problem was slow and that they received a refund rather than a diagnosis. These accounts do not establish how other cases are handled.

A noticeable stick upgrade

The new sticks made a clear difference in play; movement feels smoother and more controlled than before. I also appreciated that the setup was straightforward, so I could get to gaming without much fuss. They feel like a thoughtful upgrade for a controller I use often.

Excellent Upgrade

Great product, rarely ever have any extra money to spend on myself let alone towards gaming. But working 7 days a week for the past 3 yrs I decided to spend for some upgrades on my dualsense edge. This has been one of my best purchases when it comes to gaming for about 42yrs.
