10 months and still no controller

Placed my order May 8th 2023 after reaching out and trying to get an estimate time for shipping (my last order 5 years ago was very fast, I expected the same type of service) I was told by Ryan that the edge controllers were on back order and would take the full waiting period. Since then I would reach out every few weeks to see what was happening and every message was either a new excuse on why it was taking so long or he wouldn't respond to me at all. They still continue to update their Instagram trying to get new customers so I really don't know why they are going this way of business all of a sudden. I only wanted a painted controller, not even a modded one so I didnt think it was a difficult order. Im out $280 so I would warn others to not order frm here.
