The order never arrived, and getting an answer was just as frustrating. I asked for an update and was left waiting, so I’m now trying to get my money back. I expected a custom controller, not silence after asking where things stood. The lack of communication made this a really disappointing purchase.
Horrible company, Horrible customer service, Horrible product. I ordered a ready-made controller. No customization at all. It took them 6 months to deliver it. Kept blaming a slow vendor. When I finally got it, it lasted about 3 months before the right trigger stopped working. When I told them, the said sorry, only a 30 day warranty, but that i could send it in for a fee of $25 and they'd look at repairing it! Complete joke from start to finish.
The controller looks great, though the bottom d-pad button can be a little finicky.
I ordered a controller two months ago and still haven’t received any updates or products.
I ordered a custom controller on July 18, 2026, and as of September 22, I still haven't received it. I emailed to ask about my order status and messaged on Instagram, but I still haven't received a response, yet I still get daily promotional emails. I'm now trying to get a refund—a very disappointing experience, to say the least. I will not recommend anyone to deal with Cinch Gaming.

Nice looking controller, but the bottom button of the d-pad doesn’t work properly and is quite annoying.
I ordered my custom controller March 18th, with the rush build package. I just recieved it today, September 2nd. Not only did it arrive 6months after it was supposed to but half the controller specifications were not met on my custom order. Colors are different from what was initially chosen, the thumbsticks and whole back panel are entirely different. And if that isn't enough, for the last 6months - customer service has been an absolute joke. The entire customer service branch refused to answer calls, emails, or voice-mails. Do not buy from this company, they are a joke and treat their customers as such.
I ordered their stick drift repair for my controller and sent it in, but it took months to get back. Now, the exact same stick drift issue is returning. Customer support is email-only, and they have completely stopped responding—they just ghost their customers. They are highly unprofessional and do not stand behind their work. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company.
They delivered my custom controller in less time than expected, got it today and I love it.
