How quickly do orders arrive?

Many reviewers describe quick delivery, sometimes within a day, while others arranged a pickup at an agreed time. These are individual experiences, and a few customers mention longer waits for custom controllers.

Can I arrange to pick up my order?

Several reviewers report collecting consoles at an agreed time and say the pickup process went smoothly. Others describe having their orders delivered.

Are the consoles and controllers as described?

Reviewers commonly say their consoles and controllers worked properly and matched what they expected. Some also describe consoles arriving new and sealed.

What do reviewers say about custom controllers?

Reviewers describe custom controllers, including models with back paddles, as working well and meeting expectations. A few say the lead time was longer than expected; some mention receiving updates or adjustments while waiting.

Do reviewers find the prices reasonable?

Several reviewers describe the prices as fair or attractive, including for consoles and controller-related purchases. Reviews do not establish a standard price range.

Is it straightforward to buy through marketplace listings?

Some reviewers were initially hesitant because they found the business through marketplace listings and noted the lack of a website. They say clear, prompt communication and information about the order helped reassure them.

What support or warranty information do reviewers mention?

Some buyers say they received an invoice or information about the product and warranty. One reviewer also describes a stuck controller button being resolved. These are reported experiences, not details of a general warranty or support policy.

Helpful extra advice

A useful bit of advice on other products, not just the one I had in mind. That made choosing easier 🙂
