They went above and beyond

This company was lovely. I contacted them about a puzzle frame that has been damaged and they sent out one the next day free of charge. It’s above and beyond, to be honest, and I really appreciated the effort and care. Highly recommend (and thank you!)

A puzzle to settle into

A properly absorbing challenge. The artwork was clear enough to keep me going, but the unusual cuts made it take real patience to sort out. I enjoyed that slow, satisfying process far more than I expected. It felt like a puzzle to settle into for an evening, rather than something to finish in a rush.

Amazon shipping error but amazing customer service by this company

As my first time order, this hasn't gone very well. I've never received the puzzle I ordered, but instead received a different puzzle (that I'd ordered via amazon with another retailer, so I received this twice). I sent one back, but now I've never received the puzzle I ordered. Following further investigation from restinpieces they have amazingly agreed to reship the correct puzzle, a really good customer service experience.

Excellent Quality

The quality of these puzzles is excellent - and such a great range of artwork. We've been really pleased to have discovered Rest in Pieces and their great products.
