Inflated pricing. Slow shipping. Problematic website.

Item prices have shipping cost priced in yet still charge extra for shipping so that you are forced to meet their very high minimum purchase bar to qualify for "free shipping". Shipping is VERY slow. Website either asks for never-ending captcha or asks to enter verification code which shows in an image that won't load. For two years I hadn't been able to get on the site until I accidentally solved the issues with a VPN. Other than that, it's a convenient gateway to East Asian goods.

YesAsia is a joke. This site shouldn't be allowed in the United States. 3 security checkes and 45 minutes for 1 order. They don't take my card by ebay does. SCREW THIS SITE. THEY CAN SUCK IT!!!!!

I have been ordering Kpop merch from YesAsia for years. One time I was mailed makeup by accident and had no idea what it was, so threw it out. Later, I realized it was supposed to be my ATEEZ albums, so contacted YesAsia and they sent me a full replacement with no fuss. Truly recommended. Thank you!

the web page works fine but it…

the web page works fine but it continues to bring me back to the same verification page where the same letters and numbers are shown. it is easy to bypass by refreshing the page but can get a little annoying when shopping. other than that, good job and looking forward to my purchases whenever they arrive.
