Still on the trial

The paid account stayed stuck on the trial, so I never got the upgrade I expected. Pretty disappointing.

Cancellation went nowhere

I followed the cancellation steps, but charges continued and support sent me in circles. I’m frustrated and can’t recommend this service.

I have been trying to cancel the subscription since March. The website does not work anymore, so why are you still charging me everymonth? I have completed the cancellation form 3 times with no luck. I have emailed with no luck, what the hell

You wont be able to unsubscribe.

Done been trying to cancel my Subscription but they just wont let me. I followed the instructions and I never got an email send directly to me to cancel it. When I contacted their support they just send me the same link from their website that i clearly stated was not working... When asked to cancel on their end I was left on delivered. They've been taking my money for a while now too. All I wanted to do is move providers. Another thing to note if your going to ask them to cancel it on thier end its not gon happen. DONT FALL FOR IT LIKE I DID IM STILL TRYNA CANCEL IT AND GET MY MONEY BACK!

Scam

Scam, they don't open any functionality but take money for subscription. They don't answer any emails.

They won’t pay the creator Veronika Mirgova Better not afiliate with this scam company. SCAM scam SCAM SCAM SCAM I wouldn’t recommend using scam companies. At this point they probably sell your data as well.

Can't cancel subscription through website

Can't cancel through the website as the cancellation link is invalid. Even after emailing and communicating with the person behind the service who advised me that my subscription was cancelled i was billed again. Had to call my bank to cancel the charges. Dont use this service if you want to go through that hassle.

Do not use twixify

Do not use twixify. I have cancelled my subscription since March but they still charge my credit card every month. The only solution is for me to now block the card since I have written to customer support for help without any solution. Stay Away from Twixify, I repeat!!!
