No fuss getting started

No fuss at all. Getting the server going was simple, and it’s been nice having a place to play with friends.

Easy to manage and quick support

I have been impressed by how easy it is to get a game server running and adjust settings through the control panel. My server has stayed smooth with very little lag, and I appreciate having broad control over its management. When I needed assistance, support was friendly and quick to respond, which made the whole experience feel much less intimidating. I would gladly use the service for another game server. 🙂

Payment issue with no clear response

I paid for a server but the account still showed an unpaid invoice. Support did not respond promptly, leaving me frustrated and unsure what would happen next.

Smooth setup and helpful control

I found the server setup straightforward, and the control panel gives me plenty of useful options for managing a game server. Worst Customer service ever

Worst Customer service ever. Ordered a Server, paid for it, then it says Invoice not paid. I have a Receipt from them saying it was paid, One from PayPal saying it was Paid, and the funds removed from my Account from them on my Bank Account. Open a ticket and still have no response.

This hosting website is a scam!!

This hosting website is a scam!!! I made the mistake of recommending this server host to a friend because it had the best price for the hardware. There were issues with the server from the start & customer service is incredibly slow to reply to any tickets. The first issue they stated was on their end, they had a hardware issue and finally they fixed it so we were able to play. Then they double charged my friend for a month, and support takes DAYS to message back for a double charge. This is over $100+! STILL trying to work with customer support & they just go and delete our Ark server! No refund yet! This place is a scam and I regret ever recommending it. Hopefully they make it right but we'll see I guess. For now I recommend going with another website.

blackbox Servers are reliable, I use them all the time. Very professional, and easy to use interface. All the things you need to manage and run your server is here at blackbox hosting. If you want a good server with full 100% control, go with these guys. They are very kind too.
