A damaged piece, handled well
A damaged queen was replaced promptly, which left me with a good impression of how they handle a problem. The chess pieces themselves were well made, too. It’s reassuring to get a practical response when something goes wrong, especially with an item you expect to use for a long time.

A good book find
Found a book that suited my level, and the advice helped me choose without overthinking it. Good to see chess titles for different interests too.
