one part of my order never arrived, and being told it was unavailable didn't fix much when the refund still hadn't come through. i tried to get a clear resolution but got nowhere. it's hard to trust a purchase when the missing item and the money are both still unresolved.
The package had the wrong item... and getting a response about it went nowhere. Hard to feel good about that purchase.
A delayed refund, but it did finally land. The wait was irritating, and I was unsure what was happening for a while. Once the money appeared, the issue was resolved. Not a smooth experience, though the eventual refund kept this from being a complete write-off.
This review is no BS. I purchased an item one year ago with no problem. This year I made an order and I was missing 2 of 4 items. I emailed them and because of the holiday season things are slow. So I got annoyed and filed a complaint. But a little too soon. That day I received an email from. The company and the owner apologizing that the 2 items were out of stock. They sent me 2 extremely similar items I choose that cost more. I received my oder completely. Jason and Knockout Knucks are a fantastic company and stand by their word. I removed my complaint that I sent in waaaay to soon, but I was impatient. Thanks, John In NY
Hello, I thought that today would be a nice day to stop by for a beer, I walked inside and I sat down at the bar. the bartender asked me for my ID, I gave her my ID and discussed ordering a PBR beer. the manager quickly turned against me and started saying that I wasn't welcome and that it wasn't me in the ID. I tried to reassure her that it was definitely me and offered a second form of identification. the "manager" used her hands to grab her breast area and said atleast mine are real. I said "ma'am I don't see you that way". she began to get loud, threaten police and had other members at the bar come towards me and force me out of the bar, non physical. I have shopped here many times and never have had a problem. This was the only time where I was denied service. the manager was mean in her ways and is hindering the growth of the business by not selling alcohol to paying customers. thanks.Nicole.
I placed my order before reading reviews, which I NEVER EVER do. I was a bit nervous after reading these that I got scammed. Then, 2 days later I got my order!!! I was very happy with what i ordered. Thank you knockout knucks,and Jason. You guys came through. I will DEFINITELY be ordering more.
I ordered 3 brass nuckles and only got 2 the most expensive one was over $55 dollars. Told me they were out of stock 5 mths later and still haven't received my refund. These guy's are joke. Would not recommend buying from this company.
I don't know if it was because I posted a review on Trustpilot yesterday, because I contacted my bank, or just because Knockout Knucks finally did what they said they were going to do 5 days ago, but I received my refund today for both orders I was waiting on my funds for back into my account.
the item i received didn’t look like the image at all. i was under the impression that lexan is a type of glass, but all i received was some cheap hunk plastic. and it was filthy. complete waste of money, disappointed
