Are games and digital codes delivered quickly?

Many reviewers describe codes arriving quickly, sometimes almost immediately. A few mention that purchases or code delivery did not go as expected, so experiences are not universal.

Are prices generally low?

Many reviewers praise the prices, discounts, and savings they found on games and keys. One reviewer complained about an added fee when paying with an option other than Eneba funds, so the final cost may be worth checking before purchase.

Do the codes usually work?

Many reviewers say their codes activated or their purchases worked without problems. However, some report an unusable product or a code that did not work, so successful activation is not guaranteed by these reviews.

Can I check who is selling a product?

One reviewer valued being able to compare seller ratings before buying and said that helped them feel more confident. Another mentioned being able to choose a seller.

Is the buying process easy to use?

Many reviewers describe finding products, paying, and completing a purchase as quick and straightforward. One reviewer found the process somewhat confusing.

How do customers describe support when something goes wrong?

Some reviewers say support was quick and helpful, while others describe an unsatisfactory response to a problem or difficulty getting an unusable game resolved.

What do reviews say about refunds for purchase problems?

Refund experiences vary in the reviews. One customer says a refund was quick, while another reports being told to wait 22 days after receiving a used code.
