A real answer when needed
The phone line was actually useful: my product question got a clear answer, and the email updates kept me in the loop as the order moved along. The parcel arrived within the expected time, with the item packed well, so there wasn’t much left to worry about. Having someone available to answer before ordering made a difference; I could ask about the product instead of guessing from the listing. je suis très satisfaite
je suis très satisfaite quelqu'un répond au numéro de service client et renseigne produit reçu dans les temps, informations par mail tout au long du processus emballage ok j'aurai aimé avoir la livraison gratuite à domicile (je l'aurai eu en point relai mais l'article était volumineux) car le montant de ma commande était élevé. j'ai néanmoins choisi de commander sur ce site car le service client était joignable.

Je n’ai toujours pas reçu ma commande depuis le 25 mai, c’est très limite et je n’ai pas de nouvelles.......Votre commentaire me choque considérablement, j’attends juste de recevoir la peluche que j’ai payé, pourquoi ne pas me dire où est passé ma commande ??????
