Do customers generally receive their orders quickly?

Many reviewers describe dispatch or delivery as fast, sometimes mentioning that the shop provided updates along the way. A few reported delays, including one order that arrived after the customer contacted the shop.

Are games packed carefully?

Careful packaging is one of the most frequent positive themes. Many reviewers say their games or other items were well protected and arrived in good condition. One customer noted that protection did not cover every side, though the parcel arrived intact.

Do items arrive as ordered and in good condition?

Reviewers often say their products matched what they ordered and arrived in good condition. Several mention receiving games without problems, while a delayed order and a concern about partial packaging protection are among the less positive accounts.

What kinds of games and products do reviewers mention?

Reviews mention a selection of board and card games, including collectible card games, as well as some games associated with crowdfunding campaigns. One reviewer also praised finding less common items.

How do reviewers describe the prices?

Some customers describe prices as fair or attractive, and a few specifically praise the value of particular products. These are customer impressions rather than a comparison of every item.

Can customers get help or updates about an order?

Many reviewers describe helpful product advice and responsive contact by email or phone. Some also mention receiving updates during dispatch. One customer, however, reported an unsatisfactory exchange about shipping arrangements and a refund.

Have customers raised concerns about combined shipping?

One reviewer said there was a disagreement about whether combined shipping had been selected and reported being asked to pay an additional shipping charge. Other reviews do not establish how this is handled generally.

A few unexpected finds

The board game selection had some less obvious finds, which made browsing more fun than just picking a familiar title.
