The game-pass offer went nowhere... I tried to claim it, but the instructions kept leading to another step, and the replies never got me a working code.

Didn't hold up

Dead before it had much use. I wouldn't trust this controller to last; mine failed far too soon, and that put me off buying another.

THE DRIVER ARRIVED AT THE PROPERTY, SAW MY GRANDSON IN THE HOUSE, MY GRANDSON RAN OUTSIDE TO GREET THE DRIVER THE DRIVER WAS THEN WALKING HALFWAY DOWN THE LANE WITH THE PARCEL, MY GRANDSON CALLED TO THE DRIVER, HEY I NEED MY PARCEL, THE DRIVER TURNED AROUND AND THEN CARRIED ON WALKING TO HIS VAN, AND DROVE OFF !!!!!!!!!. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS ONLY THE DATE OF DELIVERY, MY GRANDSON IS NOT AT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS UNTIL NEXT SATURDAY, SO HE WILL NOT GET HIS LAPTOP UNTIL NEXT WEEK, I CANNOT EXPRESS HOW FRUSTRATING THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY IS, I HAVE HAD SIMILAR EXPERENCES WITH DPD IN THE PAST, I HAVE CALLED THEM AND THEY WILL NOT EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE. Support was a real disappointment

I was disappointed by the support experience after my controller developed a problem. I contacted the company expecting a practical repair option, but was told that replacement parts were unavailable and that buying another controller was the suggested solution. That felt especially frustrating for a relatively new product. I also found the follow-up process difficult, with customers describing long waits and unanswered messages. The controller itself may work initially, but I would hesitate to buy again because I need confidence that help will be available when something goes wrong.

Leider nicht empfehlenswert

Da werde ich ganz sicher nie wieder etwas bestellen. Ich hatte einen Xbox-Controller für meinen Sohn bestellt. Der DHL-Bote hat das Paket nicht abgegeben, da mein Sohn keine 18 Jahre alt wäre. Warum muss mein Sohn dafür 18 sein? Er ist 16, aber sowas habe ich noch nie gehört und so etwas war noch nie ein Problem. Statt das Paket abzugeben, hat der Bote es dann einfach mitgenommen und sagte, es müsse an den Absender zurückgeschickt werden! Mein Sohn war natürlich sehr enttäuscht und ich bin fassungslos und verärgert. Wenn ein Artikel erst ab 18 Jahren ist, warum steht es dann nicht in der Verkaufsanzeige drin ??? Warum wird man als Käufer nicht über sowas informiert? Und mal ehrlich, was soll das. Das ist ein simpler Controller und keine gefährliche Waffe! Für mich nicht nachvollziehbar. PDP selbst kann man überhaupt nicht direkt kontaktieren, da keine Kontaktdaten im Internet oder bei Amazon ersichtlich sind, man kann einfach nur dumm zusehen und hoffen, dass einem das Geld zurück erstattet wird. Denn die Ware wurde ja definitiv nicht ausgeliefert! Das ist echt eine Frechheit und sehr schade.

Keine Ersatzteile – lieber gleich neu kaufen? Enttäuschend

Mein PDP-Controller Gambit Victrix (Turtle Beach) ist mir versehentlich auf den Boden gefallen, wobei der RB-Button abgebrochen ist. Da der Fehler klar bei mir lag, habe ich den Support kontaktiert und angeboten, das Ersatzteil auf eigene Kosten zu kaufen. Die Antwort: Es gibt kein Ersatzteil, man solle sich stattdessen einen neuen Controller kaufen. Ernsthaft? Das Gerät war gerade einmal 7 Monate alt und hat rund 90 € gekostet. Statt einer nachhaltigen Lösung wird einem direkt zur Neuanschaffung geraten. Für mich ist das kein guter Kundenservice – und auch kein Zeichen von Qualitätsbewusstsein. Schade. Ich hatte mehr erwartet.

I expected my parcel yesterday from…

I expected my parcel yesterday from GeorgeAsda, between 11:45 and 12:45. I get an email from George saying sorry we missed you, I was at home they never rang my intercom or knock my door or leave a card. I'm a disabled lady 😞 with health problems 😔 then I rang them to report the problem they put me through DPD told them the same but they wouldn't help me it was George's problem I said your the ones delivering my parcel so it is your problem. I rang George again they promised me that after 3pm sent the email to confirm it again and the samething sorry we missed you. Rang George again they put my complaint through and send me the same complaint I didn't get one. Now after that got a message with a barcode to go to the post office ayres rd Trafford to get my parcel I'm so angry 😡😡😡😡 and hurt they couldn't go to the post office as a gesture for what they put me through get my parcel and deliver it and apologise. They don't want to get out of their vehicle to much trouble for them they are lazy, lieing, incompetent don't deserve to have a job 😡😡😡😡😡

never delivers, only leaves the red paper

I have repeatedly observed PDP showing up with only a stack of red papers and no actual packages to deliver in the neighborhood. This behavior has occurred multiple times, raising concerns about their practices. In my experience, this company appears to operate dishonestly

Terrible Purchasing Experience

Terrible customer service/website/experience with purchasing their wireless guitar that’s hard to come by. They cancelled my order with no reason? Then weeks later claimed my purchase as a reseller. This was in fact not true. Avoid purchasing directly from these folks. Purchase from a major retailer instead. I should have read these reviews before purchasing. Buyer beware.

Absolutely no customer support. Waiting for a replacement controller which was allegedly sent 6 months ago. Ignoring follow up emails and contact forms. Disgraceful to treat customers who purchase their hardware which regularly breaks down after a few months
