Triggers made a difference

The mouse-click triggers made fast games feel more responsive for me; I like how distinct they are from a standard controller 🙂

They Stole my controllers

I bought two controllers from them one came with a messed up trigger finger button and the other one worked perfectly until i dropped it and then it didnt so i sent them both in for service and it is now September and they received my controllers in July they have completely stopped answering and never shipped my controllers back

Worst customer service and delayed refund

Order a controller took over two weeks to get to me and when I did receive it it came defective so they asked me to return it and I have they confirmed they received it and have yet to give me the controller fixed or even a refund as I have requested. Worst customer service since they have no way to co tact them besides an email that goes un monitored most of the time.

If i could id give zero stars

If i could id give zero stars. Had the controller for a year and a half. Major stick drift and the A button doesn’t always work. They asked for proof and i sent it in. Their fix was asking me for 35$ in repair costs plus for me to pay for shipping. So if you buy here you can expect poor quality and expect to pay for repairs in the future. Sad excuse of a professional game controller company. Stay far far away.

Here are the facts

Here are the facts. It took about a month and now I know why. This is a small team doing superb work themselves. I got the controller I wanted and it came perfect. The packaging is elegant and well thought out. It even came with a protective case that’s totally bad ass! If your controller wasn’t modified by these guys, don’t cry. This guys are superb!!!

So initially

So initially, I made a mistake and ordered the wrong controller. So I asked for a refund, they emailed me quickly! And they were so polite about it! They promptly gave me an options how to return it and a label to print. They were so nice that I asked what options I have to change the controller I bought into what I actually wanted. They emailed me back right away with a price quote on the options I originally wanted. So I shipped the controller back they updated it with all the bells and whistles and got it right back to me! The best customer service I’ve ever gotten. Thank you again !!!

They were responsive whenever I had questions with my order yes it took a little bit of time to get controller but wasn't pushing info about it unlike the other companies

I know there are a lot of different…

I know there are a lot of different companies who make controllers and the prices vary some cheaper and some more expressive. Not all companies take the time to customize the controller to your liking. Gamenetics has fair pricing and an excellent product. I purchased the PS5 Joker controller with TMR joysticks. I couldn't be happier with the purchase. The presentation from the box to the carrying case for the control and then of course the controller. No more stick drift while gaming. I highly recommend getting your next controller from Gamenetics.

Support helped

Support helped. Controller developed an issue after months. . Seems the controllers do not last for a few years. but support gave a few step to try and if it did not work, the controller can be sent for a paid repair. It worked and controller is fine now.
