Faulty parts, then a long wait
Buttons and sticks causing trouble. Then getting the controller looked at became its own ordeal, with no return after a long wait. Not what I expected.

HYPR Controllers — My $300 Controller Disappeared My controller broke after only a few months, so I sent it back to HYPR for warranty repair. What followed was over a year of excuses, delays and back-and-forth. I kept contacting them, and I was repeatedly given reasons why my controller hadn't been returned yet. I was patient and gave them plenty of time to resolve the situation. After more than a year, I still don't have my controller, a replacement, or a refund. And now? They have simply stopped answering me. I paid roughly $300 for this controller. HYPR has had my property for over a year and has now completely ghosted me. I can't speak for anyone else's experience, but based on what happened to me, I would not trust HYPR with my money or my controller again. A warranty repair shouldn't turn into a year-long ordeal where the company eventually stops responding.

still waiting for the order
the order was never shipped, and messages asking for an update went nowhere. an email confirmation arrived at first, but after that there was no useful follow-up or clear progress. trying to get a refund also led to silence, which made the whole purchase feel unsafe. waiting without any information is bad enough, but being ignored when asking for help made it much worse. i would avoid ordering until there is a much more dependable way to get answers.

Scam company
Spent over $300 on a controller 4 months ago and haven’t received it. I’ve sent over 20 emails and haven’t heard a single thing back. This company is a scam!

They are holding our controller indefinitely after we sent it in for a repair 1 YEAR ago (it never worked properly). They have been saying it is in their process for months now but won’t give us a date or send it back or give a refund. Basically scammed out of £250

Still haven't received my order either…
Still haven't received my order either made 1 month ago, if only I saw these reviews first. I ended up going to carbxn works and got a controller in my hands sooner even though I ordered it later! Contacted for refund and no response as of yet.

Don't waste your time
Don't waste your time. They do not respond at all, not even once. I placed an order, got an email confirmation, and never heard from them since. I tried reaching out by email twice and also on social media- they ignore my messages completely. It's been about a month and a half now since I placed my order and nothing, it wasn't even shipped. Got a refund from my bank/card.

HYPR is a fraud
I ordered a controller Feb 27th 2026 and they claimed it would ship at the end of March. It's now June and they haven't built or shipped my cobreoller. They won't respond to any emails or messages. Complete fraud of a company.

6 Months of Incompetence – They are holding my property hostage.
How do I do zero stars. Avoid HyprControllers at all costs. I sent my controller in for a warranty repair over half a year ago. While they are "responsive" (I have a chain of over 50 emails), they are completely incompetent. The repair is supposedly done, but they have spent months claiming they "don't know how" to send an invoice for $10 shipping. Every 2 days, I get the same scripted response: "We are working on it." It has been six months. No tracking number, no invoice, just endless excuses. I have had to resort to preparing Small Claims paperwork just to get my own property back. Save your money and your sanity—go with a company that actually knows how to ship a package
