A frustrating defect

The left trigger felt inconsistent, and a stick problem remained after recalibration. I couldn't get a useful reply from support, which made the defect even more frustrating.

Avoid Avoid Avoid Scam

If I could give zero stars I would, absolute con artists. Bought a Hyperion 3 tracked it to delivery and then it said delivered. No parcel was ever received, no proof of delivery was given. I raised 4 complaints and never received any form of acknowledgment or refund. Avoid avoid avoid!!!

Still waiting

Frustrating to pay for a controller and still have nothing to show for it. My order never turned up, and trying to get a useful answer left me more annoyed than the wait itself. I kept hoping someone would actually look into it, but the only thing I got was silence. That made it hard to feel confident about the purchase at all. A controller can be appealing on paper, but getting the order sorted matters just as much. I wouldn't risk another order after this.

I paid for hyperion 3 ultra joycons and never received them. I tried contacting them about it and they just ignore you. Unless you have money to burn and do not mind being out of pocket. The. Go with them but otherwise. Do not bother.

The company is a farce and run by incompetent people. I had issues ordering the Hyperion 3 beginning of the year. I had to refund the first order and they didn't refund the full amount and blamed it on exchange rate despite it being cancelled in the same day. I did eventually get the controller after massive delays. Then within a small time frame they announce an ultra version with an upgrade route for buyers for the Hyperion 3. The ultra was delayed massively. I never got my upgrade email and they seem to have deleted my account in the process(which had loads of points on it). I have emailed them multiple times but they haven't bothered replying. Utter disgrace.

Lasst die Finger von diesen Unternehmen, die Controller halten nicht lange und der Support hilft überhaupt nicht, die NYXI Hyperion 3 ist auch jetzt schon defekt und ich habe ihn gerade mal 10 mal Benutzt auch die Software ist total fehlerhaft und es wird nichts getan. hier wird wahrscheinlich alles nur noch mit Schlechter KI gemacht aber Menschen trifft man hier nicht mehr an.

Order never arrived. NYXI never responded.

I ordered a NYXI Hyperion controller on May 16. I never received it, and NYXI will not respond to me. NYXI tracking claims this was signed for & delivered to my address on May 30. I have reached out them twice via email since then - but I have only received a single automated response. I also checked with all major local delivery providers - none have any record of a delivery to my address on May 30. I can only assume the order was never actually fulfilled. Do not buy from NYXI.

I recently purchased a NYXI Hyperion 3 controller, but the package arrived incomplete, missing the cross-style D-pad cover. I have attempted to resolve this through their official support email multiple times, but I am only receiving automated, irrelevant firmware troubleshooting emails that do not address the fact that a physical part is missing from the box. I have provided photo evidence of the incomplete contents, yet I have received no human assistance. I am a new customer who was looking forward to this product, but the lack of basic quality control and the inability to reach a human support agent is extremely disappointing. I am looking for a human response to arrange for the missing component to be shipped.
