Good value, no fuss

Warning to potential customers

Avoid this company like the plague! If you find you receive a faulty product they will claim that you have caused said damage and will then try to force even more money from you by telling you to purchase a replacement or pay for a potential repair (if possible.) From my experience they informed me that I should buy a replacement, then they "generously" offered 10% off a new one and after being told that the product would unlikely be repairable told me that it could in fact be repaired but at a cost to me of £70. So take this advice however you want but be warned this is not a company worth dealing with; do yourself a favour and make your purchase from one of their competitors as you will avoid a lot of stress and hassle!

Support advisor Sam Cowell

Your support advisor Sam Cowell is an asset to your company, having listened to me and my needs for a complete upgrade to my old Win 10 System. After locating the parts need and sending me the list and prices, I had an issue with the DDR5 ram, it was not compatible with the Motherboard, but after a few phone calls and a visit to Novatech the board and some replacement RAM, the system is now working perfectly.
