The item arrived when it was promised and in good condition. I had a probably with it at first as I wished to use it on Windows 7 (not connected to the internet). I received help from one of your technical people and after a couple of false starts the item was formatted and worked well later on a 36 hour back up download. John Pigott

Upgrade to Print Artist 27
I have used Print Artist for many years and I found it to be an excellent program. I was contacted recently encouraging me to upgrade to Print Artist 2 which didn’t run properly on my laptop. None of the graphics and outlined projects would load properly. I emailed Novatech customer support but after a few days they still had not responded and so I asked for support through the ‘chat’ option on their websiste. After a discussion on there I was told that the antivirus software on my computer was blocking the program from running properly and I was directed to billing for a refund. I explained the problem – but after a few days no-one had responded. I went back to the ‘chat’ option on the website. This time the technician suggested that ‘their’ technical support team look at the problem for me. They asked for remote access to my computer to see what problem was. After that it all got very complicated and confusing and I got completely sucked in by their persuasiveness. They said I had all sorts of problems on my computer and it seemed I was running too much antivirus and that I had all sorts of nasty malware on my computer. (If this had been a cold call from India I would have disconnected the call – but this was convincing!) He persuaded me I needed regular tech support and I agreed to their five year plan at a cost of £1406! (I know in the cold light of day it seems ridiculous but it was persuasive at the time). He sort of wore me down. One strange thing that happened during the sales process is that their system rejected my credit card payment – which would have been protected and the salesman directed me to use Paypal instead. This should have been a red flag – but by then I was tiring and my resistance was low. Then he started working remotely on the computer. But although I was trying to watch what he was doing I couldn’t really work it out. Except that he uninstalled all my antivirus programs and installed this new one Anytech365 total support. After a few hours of this I sort of came to my senses and started to look them up online – which I should have done much earlier as there are lots of warnings about this company and their hard sell tactics with overpriced and unnecessary software. I then turned off my computer and contacted Anytech365 for a refund. During this process they also tried to set up a direct debit payment as well as having taken a payment from Paypal. I am still trying to get a refund from them under their 30 day cooling off period guarantee – so far without success. NovaTech customer service have not replied to ANY of my emails or on-line support requests. BE VERY WARY. Print Artist 25 is a great program. Print Artist 27 seems to be designed not to work – and when you pursue the matter you will be transfterred to Anytech365 and be subjected to hard sell tactics and scare mongering. I have had an independent computer engineer check out my computer and my anti virus is working well and there is no malware on it. This new partnership that Novatech has with Anytech365 appears to have been established in March 2026.

Found me a lead, had it the next day!
I contacted the company as I was after a USB3 to SATA lead with very specific features for use with my SSD and RaspberryPi 4. The only lead capable was made by Startech. The NovaTech staff knew exactly what I meant and posted it to me so I had it in less than 24 hours! I had previously been waiting weeks at another supplier. Great service.
