The advice landed on a setup that fit my budget without trying to steer me into extras. I had a few questions about parts and got clear answers that helped me decide. The finished PC has been great for what I wanted, and the price felt fair for a build put together around my needs.
Honestly couldn’t recommend more! You can tell a lot of care is put into making each PC. Communication was exceptional- I received many updates throughout the build process and shipping. Their response time was also amazing- if I had a query and messaged/emailed them, I received a response within 10 minutes. Packaging was also very secure and I had no issues. Highly recommend !! Loving my new PC :)
Recently bought a PC gaming rig for my son. The price and rig set up were better than I found anywhere. Amazing value for money. Communication from point of ordering the machine was fantastic. Tom updated me throughout the process, to delivery, and set up support after it arrived. It was packaged really well and there were no issues at all with delivery. Really grateful to deal with a smaller but perfectly formed company. They paid attention to reassuring me as a customer throughout the process of spending a significant amount of money. Thank you!!
Well built pc, very pleasant via email and phone. Ask questions and resolved straight away.
Amazing PC and amazing customer service. Tom kept me updated at every step and answered any questions promptly. Couldn’t ask for better!
Trusting somebody to build your expensive PC is always a concern, I cannot fault these guys. They were a pleasure to deal with I would recommend them to anyone, first class service!
a lovely little touch seeing the finished build in photos; it runs my games smoothly and looks just how i hoped.
Best service for a PC out here! Worth every penny
I was kept up to date throughout each stage and I was advised on the best pc to get with the budget I asked for
Excellent service, quick build and really knowledgeable and helpful. I would really recommend this company if, like me, you were struggling to find a pre built PC that had all the features that you wanted without paying over the odds for other parts that you didn't need.
