Full Custom build, excellent service from start to finish

I got into contact with Tom maybe 5 weeks ago and recieved the PC 3 weeks ago. I went for a full custom build as I had seen a few of the PCs on his website looked very clean. I had been looking for an upgrade for a few months and nothing looked quite correct and so I posted on Reddit a prebuilt I had found and Tom replied and said his pros and cons on the PC I was looking at buying and then mentioned he had his own company. His products are very fairly priced and the final build I've recieved is brilliant. I went for an all white build with RGB strimers to make the PC more unique and standout just that bit more. After I had paid Tom told me he could get faster and better ram for the same price which shocked me since were still in rampocolypse! He sent me photos of the build before sending it and I almost felt like it was too good to be true until the PC arrived at my door. 3 weeks later I have had 0 issues yet and im able to comfortably run all the games I want to play without sacraficing any quality. Overall the experience was super good and I couldnt be happier that I chose to go with Tom and his amazing Builds!!

Overcoming Adversity

Original packaging looked like it had been dropped from excessive height. I took multiple photos as I unboxed the PC and discovered comprehensive damage to the case (deformed screw fixings, broken plastic retainers) on turning the PC on my wall socket shorted and tripped the house breaker. I sent an email to Tom and the team including all my photos. Their only question was if I wanted DPD to collect it or if I wanted to drop it at a DPD Drop point. I opted for the collection. It was collected on Monday afternoon. It was back in my possession on Thursday afternoon second unboxing revealed a PC in perfect condition. Sometimes accidents happen. Things get broken in transit. Tom and the team at Build My Rig responded like true professionals. I cannot fault their product or their attitude to fixing problems. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a new PC.

Top Tier Service!

Tom provided fantastic service throughout the process. Kept up to date on progress at each stage. Even offered a slight upgrade when a part was going to be backlogged. The build looks incredible and can't wait to get gaming on it! Thoroughly recommended to family and friends looking at new gaming PCs.

Build my rig is a brilliant service

Build my rig is a brilliant service. There is excellent and frequent communication about the progress of the build and the delivery. The PC arrived in perfect condition and the set up was simple. No rubbish had been put on the computer it was set up with the requested OS and that was all. Brilliant service, Tom was excellent. !!!!

Literally perfect

Literally perfect. The customer service was fast, clear, polite and so helpful. When parts were unavailable I was given clear other options and lots of agency over what happened. The PC itself is incredible, playing everything I could ask for easily and looking incredible to boot.
