Games run great

Games run great on this machine, even the demanding ones I try. That's what I wanted from an upgrade, and I haven't had a reason to tinker.

better intel

I've had my better intel pc for more than a year now, the only problem I've ever had with this pc was when i had trouble with adding my hdds from my old pc. But i contacted the customer support and they replied within the same day and helped me figure out my problem. Other than that the pc is amazing.

honestly, warranty help mattered

honestly, the warranty help made a stressful hardware problem feel manageable. i had an issue with a graphics card cable, and support helped me get the warranty process moving without any runaround. that kind of practical follow-through is what i care about most; the computer itself is only part of the purchase.

Skeptic turned True Believer!

So let me tell you about me, all throughout college as a new PC gamer, building your own was the only way to go. I lived by that for the longest time. Last year I was finally ready to upgrade my rig and looking at all the options out there, anticipating deep diving into doing my own custom build, well, it was almost daunting, like, too many options. And current RAM prices.. ugh. And then I stumbled on Build Redux almost by accident, and said why not? They had a rig that basically met all of my goals I had for my own build and then some for a better price then I could get buying individual components. With a nicer case, LEDS, more fans than I could shake a stick at.. it was an easy choice. I've had that machine for like 6 months now and have never looked back. I've recommended this company to at least three of my friends at this point and when I'm ready for an upgrade again in a couple years, I know where I'm going. Thanks Build Redux!

I strongly recommend Build Redux

Build Redux has the best customer service! I had issues with my 5090 when the cable melted and ruined the ports. They helped with my warranty without any hesitation and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.

It was fast easy and built really well…

It was fast easy and built really well from all stand points to jump from console to pc. Most of my friends referred me to them because of all the parts and prices and I’m happy with what I got , absolutely worth it from the sale I got and is better than most people that built their own for cost . Would buy again and great shipping and customer service for tracking package

Received a broken computer that would…

Received a broken computer that would not connect to any monitor I tried & had several components on the inside loose. Sent it back for a refund after being unable to find a fix. Took almost 3 weeks after they had received my return to only get a partial refund. They then blamed me for the issues. So in short I received a broken PC from them, they blamed me for it, and only gave me half my money back. Save your money and look elsewhere.
