Was a very easy and streamlined order process and customer service was very easy to reach and quick to respond. You get a warrantee guaranty that I have never gotten from big name companies and I am looking forward to years of use from Xotic PC.

The component-by-component pricing was useful while configuring a build, and the site made it easy to see what each change added. I did have to hunt a bit for the particular build type I wanted, so browsing could be clearer, but the specs themselves were straightforward to follow.

I visited several "custom pc build" websites and found Xotic PC to be the easiest to understand the build process. It just felt comfortable building and knowing what I was getting. Kudos to the programmers!
Terrible service and overpriced. My brother spent $10,000 on a high performance gaming laptop plus an extended warranty from Xotic and has had nothing but issues. Worst of all, after one time sending it in for work they never reinstalled the software for the fans and it overheated and damaged the GPU. Of course, they did nothing to make this right! Now that we are needing to replace the thermal paste, we find they badly stripped the screws for the heatsink and just left them like that after one of the repairs. Called them up and they refused to correct their poor workmanship because it is now out of warranty. All we wanted was for them to send new screws and they refused and wouldn’t even take the time to find out what screws we would need to order. Plus they refused to let us talk to a supervisor as their management is “not front facing”! Apparently this is the type of service and poor workmanship a $10k computer and extended warranty gets you at Xotic… With regards to their reply, I called them the day the review was posted and requested a call back from a supervisor. They say they want to look into this but we still have received no call back. I have provided them with the order details through Trustpilot now and we will see what happens… but honestly, the account has my name on it. Are they not even competent enough to use my name to find the account? Similarly, they said they couldn’t tell us what screws to order because they didn’t know what screws the laptop used. How can they have worked on the laptop and now not even know what parts it uses…

Cheaper options DO NOT exist for the raw power of the machine I get here! I am so excited for my new laptop I can hardly contain my anticipation!
