Can I get help choosing the right PC specifications?

Reviewers often describe receiving patient, practical guidance on components and configurations suited to their needs. Some say this helped them settle on a build without feeling pressured to spend more.

How do customers describe the PC build quality and performance?

Reviewers commonly praise the neat builds and report that their computers perform smoothly for gaming, work, or demanding software. Several describe their systems as remaining trouble-free for months or years, though experiences can vary.

How quickly do orders arrive?

Many reviewers describe prompt dispatch or delivery, sometimes within a few days. Timing is not always as expected: some reviews mention courier delays or delivery arriving later than anticipated.

Is the computer packaged carefully for delivery?

A number of reviewers specifically praise the careful, secure packaging. A few also describe damage in transit, so careful packing has not prevented every delivery problem.

Is it easy to get started if I am new to PCs?

Some first-time or less experienced users say staff helped make choosing and setting up their computer less stressful. Reviewers also mention getting answers to setup questions after delivery.

What is after-sales support like?

Reviewers describe getting help by phone or email with setup questions, software problems, and minor PC issues. Several praise the time staff spent guiding them through troubleshooting, while one reports a repair after transit damage.

Do reviewers consider the computers good value?

Some customers describe the price as fair or good value for the computer they received. Others focus on competitive specifications, component quality, or advice that helped them choose a build within their budget.

Fantastic service from start to finish

Fantastic service from start to finish. Kevin took the time to talk me through exactly what we needed, without any pressure to overspend, and the PC has been excellent. Brilliant service all round. I’d highly recommend Ginger6, and I’m already coming back to them for my next machine.

Smooth and straightfoward

The whole experience was smooth and without fuss. I asked a few questions by email before I finalised my decision to buy, and they were all answered quickly with the information I needed and I was reassured that I had chosen the right company. The purchase was straightforward and the PC was despatched within the time advertised. Unfortunately the courier van apparently broke down on its way to me so I had to wait another 2 days to receive the machine. The PC is blisteringly fast as I had hoped and various processes and workflows are now a pleasure rather than a chore. The PC looks good in my setup and runs reasonably quietly.

Kevin was great

Kevin was great! He helped to understand what should go into my build, with the ordering process and with the set up queries I had, which is fab for someone who isn't very techy. The way the machine was packaged takes a lot of care and attention too. I would definitely order from here again.
