⭐ 1 STAR – Absolutely appalling experience One of the worst companies I’ve ever purchased a PC from. I’ve owned my PC for roughly 9 months, and it has already been sent back for repairs twice. It’s now broken for a THIRD time. During those repairs, the SSD has been replaced twice, alongside the RAM and PSU. Despite all these component replacements, the underlying issue clearly hasn’t been resolved. The PC now randomly loses all HDMI/DisplayPort signal and every USB connection simultaneously. My monitor goes black, my keyboard, mouse and headset disconnect, yet the fans, RGB lighting and RAM remain powered. After two repair attempts, I’m left with a PC that still doesn’t work properly. I absolutely refuse to send this machine back for a third repair attempt. I’ve lost enough time dealing with this, packing it up, sending it away and waiting for it to be returned, only for it to break again. I requested a replacement system, but Overclockers UK are pushing a £1,200 refund instead. The problem? That money doesn’t necessarily buy me an equivalent PC with the same specifications in today’s market. Why should I be left out of pocket or forced to compromise on the system I originally paid for because repeated repair attempts have failed? The customer service has been just as disappointing as the repair process. Rather than offering a resolution that reflects the repeated failures and inconvenience, I feel like I’m being fobbed off with a refund and expected to start all over again. Two failed repairs in nine months, multiple components replaced, and the PC is broken for a third time. That is simply unacceptable. I paid good money for a gaming PC, not months of frustration, repeated faults and endless back-and-forth with customer support. Useless repair experience, disappointing customer service, and a complete waste of my time and effort. I would seriously think twice before buying a PC from Overclockers UK.
