No way to reach anyone
The contact route was a dead end: the number didn't work, and my email got nowhere. I couldn't get help with the missing order.

Looking at 55 reviews, the overall picture is uniformly negative, with every reviewer giving one star. A few reviewers recall earlier in-store shopping positively, including good customer service. These recollections are limited and do not reflect the predominant reports about online orders....
Reviewers repeatedly report that paid orders did not arrive, sometimes after waits of weeks or months, or were canceled as unavailable. Many describe unanswered messages, unreachable phone numbers, and difficulty obtaining refunds; some say they were offered store credit instead. A few report items arriving broken or incorrect, with little follow-up.

The contact route was a dead end: the number didn't work, and my email got nowhere. I couldn't get help with the missing order.
The ceramic pieces arrived smashed, and I couldn't get help after reaching out. Such a disappointing end to the purchase 😕
The contact details led nowhere when I needed help, and my messages went unanswered. Really unsettling after paying for an order.
My order was marked unavailable, and I was offered store credit instead of the refund I asked for. I didn't want to buy something else just to use a credit. After following up, I still couldn't get a clear answer, which made the whole purchase a real hassle.
Still no parcel, and no useful reply to my emails. Pretty frustrating to pay for something and be left chasing it.
If there were ZERO stars I would have used that. I placed an order for 2 embroidered cushions, paid $46 for items plus delivery, money taken from PayPal, got a confirmation of order, received a tracking email, all good so far... Alarm bells started to ring when no tracking information was available for that order, contacted company via email, no response. Next day I get an email from the Ishka saying they could not fulfill the order but offered a voucher for the same amount. As I did not want any of there other items I asked for a refund. After a further 2 emails, I still have not got a response. I called the company's Melbourne phone number and that has been disconnected. I then contacted PayPal and they immediately refunded all of the transaction. A check of the Victorian Consumer Affairs has a warning to all consumers to treat this company with extreme caution as they regularly have non-delivery, difficult or no complaints handling, avoid any refunds and a whole litany of other really dodgy business practices. I was lucky enough to have used PayPal to resolve this issue (thank you PayPal) by immediately issuing a full refund including the shipping costs.
I placed an order with Ishka over six weeks ago and never received my items. After payment was taken, there were no shipping updates and no meaningful communication. When I attempted to contact the company, emails bounced back and the listed phone number was disconnected — just like many other customers have reported. Because of the lack of response and no goods delivered, I initiated a dispute with my bank. Two weeks later, Ishka contacted me — not to provide a refund — but to offer a voucher to purchase more products from their website. I am not willing to accept a voucher when goods have not been delivered. I expect a full refund. It is also publicly reported that Consumer Affairs Victoria Director Nicole Rich has issued a public warning about retailer Ishka following a significant number of consumer complaints in recent months. Consumer Affairs Victoria received dozens of complaints that customers were not supplied goods, were not given refunds, and could not get a response from the company. Anahata Global Pty Ltd (ACN 639 275 175) trades as Ishka, selling homewares, clothing and jewelry via its website, ishka.com.au, and a physical outlet store in Clayton. Online reviews from hundreds of other buyers echo similar problems — orders not arriving, no refunds, emails ignored, and customer service unreachable. Many reviewers say they had to pursue bank or PayPal disputes to get their money back. Based on my experience and what many others have reported, I cannot recommend this company.
I bought some Jewelley online and it never arrived. I tried to contact ISHKA and the phone number does not work and the support email bounced back. I disputed the transaction with the bank and ISHKA had the audacity to challenge it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY from these rip off merchants!
Buyer BEWARE!!! Never received the items I purchased 15 mths ago. Ishka excels in false and broken promises. They have plenty of negative feedback that echo my experience. NEVER again!!! P.S date of experience only goes back to the past 12 months!!!
Why hasn't ISHKA been closed down??? I so wish I'd seen these and Google reviews before I unwittingly wasted $175 buying a mirror that will never be delivered! I cannot understand why Fair Trading allow ISHKA's website to remain active and capture more poor unsuspecting fools like me. ISHKA's phone number is disconnected, it's email bounces back and they don't respond to sending an enquiry through their still functioning website. I am SO ANGRY!!!
