Such a letdown to open the parcel and find a basic logo shirt instead of the jersey I expected. I tried to get the mix-up sorted, but the replies never came through. It left me paying for something I hadn't chosen, with no confidence the issue would be fixed.

Wrong size, then silence. The jersey I received wasn't the size I ordered, so I sent it back expecting an exchange. Since then, my emails have gone unanswered, and I still don't have the right item. It's frustrating to pay for something and be left unsure whether anyone will sort it out.
After 1 month of no shipping, I sent a support ticket. They said they relocated their warehouse and that was why there was a delay. One month later, still nothing. I submitted a ticket and they said "The Carry T-Shirt is currently out of stock, and we’re unable to fulfill your order at this time. We have therefore processed a refund for order" Make me wait two months for nothing bro
Horrible customer service. The US wesbite will say items are avaible and then they wont ship for 6-8 weeks. Shipping from anywhere especially within the USA does not take 6-8 weeks. Even international shipping doesnt take that long if that was the case.
Waste of nerves and time. Sadly their email server is not configured properly and you cannot get any support.
I sent back a jersey when ESL sent the wrong size and they were supposed to send back the correct size but now they have stopped responding to my emails. This was in February and I have emailed a few times without getting a response. It's sad to pay for an item and not receive it.
Would not recommend. Total waste of time, money and nerves. I’ve been trying to resolve an incomplete order for over 6 months. First, they provided incorrect shipping details so the package was returned. Then I was told part of my order was no longer available. After agreeing on replacements, I only received those 2 items – the rest of my order (6 items) was never delivered. Customer support kept saying the package was “on its way,” which wasn’t true, and eventually stopped responding altogether. Still no resolution to this day.
I returned my Jersey but neither get my money back nor I get a different size as I told the customer support. They totally ghost me and never answer an email. Total Scam
I ordered Faze WHITE tiger jersey 2022 and I got Black one.. Black one which was not even on sale in the shop. Shipment was fast and size correct but jersey was wrong.... How to hell that big company has so bad online shop?
