Exactly as promised, but…

My deltarune lanyard came in about a week and the product was accurate to the website But the keychain had multiple scratches and tiny air bubbles You can only see it if you look closely but it’s making me doubt wether I should buy from fangamer again

The shirts hold up

The shirts, at least, have held up really well. The fabric feels nice and the print still looks good after washing. Shipping has been straightforward for me too, though the prices do make me pause before adding anything else. Still, the quality has felt definately worth it so far.

I've ordered once from the US store and…

I've ordered once from the US store and twice from the european store so far my experience has been great. Everything has been decent to good quality it is a little pricey but for the quality its worth it (in my opinion) the customer service is pretty good my ONLY complaint is that their customer service (in my experience) takes between 1 and 4 weeks to respond

Orrible experience.

I ordered the Okami vinyl box set, but it was shipped in very poor packaging and arrived damaged. I contacted customer support, but they took an entire month to respond, only to offer me a €10 refund on a €130 item. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I probably won't buy from you again. You've lost a long-time customer. Goodbye.

My favourite place for video game merchandise

High quality products, especially the clothes. Consistently excellent shipping experience: always well packaged and protected and no damaged or missing/wrong items so far, and reasonably fast shipping. There was one order which was delayed for a whole month during a high volume period, for which I got a refund on the shipping (which is cheap anyway) after a pleasant exchange with customer service via email. Evidently, plenty of other people have had bad experiences but it seems to depend on your country. If you're ordering from Ireland you *should* be fine.

Dreadful

Dreadful. UK address provided. It was sent and returned to sender with no attempt at delivery. When contacted they said my address couldn’t have been correct and updated it. I stupidly paid postage again for items to be resent. Same happened again. Trying to get refund for unsent items. Would never use again. Can only assume it’s a scam?

Quick Delivery, Cst Support non existent

I can confirm the experience of not getting any response from the customer service. Got my product delivered in time at least, but due to reasons I have to return it. According to the website they ask us to contact them for the return per mail, did that, got an automatic mail that it can take 7-10 business days, but nothing inbetween or after that happened. Even after sending a second mail after 10 business days.

Unforgivable to send my package with fedex

Absolutely unforgivable to send my package with Fedex. Worst package delivery ive had in my entire life. With danish websites, u get to choose your company and where to ship. Fangamer chose the most disgusting, horrible capitalistic company I can think of. My package is btw smashed like someone stepped on it and then kicked it on each side.

Absolutely awful experience

Ordered on the 31.07. Supposedly shipped on the 03.08. Tracking says they never got the package. Contacted fangamer.eu on the 06.08. No answer until now (18.08.). PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND NEVER ORDER FROM THERE. THEY ARE REALLY BAD. Edit: Had to get PayPal involved to get my money back. Still no answer from Fangamer on 28.08. What a joke.
