Unprofessional practices and commercial retaliation — Official federal reports filedReview:As a loyal customer for nearly 10 years with a total historical investment of €400.00, I am deeply disappointed by the abusive practices of Little Orbit / GamersFirst regarding my APB Reloaded account.Following a legitimate billing dispute settled via PayPal, the company engaged in direct commercial retaliation by completely freezing my account and infrastructure access (ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT applied at the IP/User ID level, persisting across multiple networks and VPNs). Furthermore, the support team attempted administrative coercion, demanding a monetary penalty to restore access, and pushed for KPI manipulation by forcing the creation of a secondary account.Due to their total lack of compliance and refusal to resolve the matter during the formal conciliation window, I have escalated this dispute to US government authorities. Irrevocable files have been officially deposited and are now active:Federal Trade Commission (FTC): Case ID 205287663 (Consumer Sentinel Network)California Attorney General: Case ID 1145932⚠️ TO ALL USERS FACING SIMILAR ABUSES: Looking at the massive amount of negative reviews here, it is clear this is a systemic pattern. Do not let them get away with this. I strongly urge everyone affected by wrongful bans, withheld funds, or ignored support tickets to file official complaints directly with the FTC and the California Attorney General (where Little Orbit is based). When individual complaints aggregate into the federal system, consumer protection agencies are legally forced to trigger class-action investigations and massive audits. Stand up for your rights. If you don't know how to draft a professional legal report or a formal letter, do what I did: use Google AI tools to structure your data, clean up the technical terminology, and prepare bulletproof dossiers for the US authorities.

I put about 150 hours put into Fallen Earth before I got fed up with MoneyFirst's microtransaction based system. Sure, you can grind to the top, but overall, all they want is your money. This company deserves more attention for how bad it is. I'm going to dare say it's worse than activision and EA.

Giving them 2 stars because I have hope for the future. APB in a bad state at the moment, but looking forward to some change. Customer service was very helpful, helping me recovering an account.

if I could give em a negative stars I would there are all about the money. They changed passwords for all fallen earth people I got no email for it and now I cant log in, wont let me change my email address cause it wont send me an email link to do so. AND I send a few emails which they DONT EVEN BOTH TO ANSWER. I paid for this game for years but I dont play it anymore on a regular basis and stopped so IM guessing since I dont pay any more they just dont care they only want the money. Dont both there games arent that great they dont update them EVER there just milking you for your money. STOP before you get started just better that way

this is not a game company... Its a horrible game with cheaters, toxic community & some reta*ds who didn't realize there are cheaters on this game.

Terrible company only looking to drain as much money from their players as they can with a notorious nickname like MoneyFirst. Similar to Ubisoft but on a smaller scale.
