The print and the response

The printed finish, first. Really neat work on the shirts, and the material felt good too. There was a mix-up with an adjustment to the order, which was disappointing, but customer service offered to send the shirts with the requested change at no extra cost. That response made a real difference to me. The finished shirts looked great, especially the print, and the issue was handled in a way that felt fair. I'd allow time for delivery, but the quality and the helpful response are what stood out. It left me feeling much better about the purchase after the initial mistake.

Belle qualité

Alors, oui, les délais sont plus longs que pour les sites disposant d'espace de stockage en France, Belgique,... Mais quand on ne commande pas la veille pour le match du lendemain, ça ne pose aucun problème. J'ai effectué une première commande, pour mes 2 garçons. Un peu trop vite. Comme expliqué, tant que la commande est en préparation, on peut la modifier. J'ai donc pris contact avec le service après vente, afin de procéder à la modification désirée. Petit soucis à la livraison, la modification n'a pas été prise en compte. Sans revendication aucune, j'ai repris contact avec le service après vente en expliquant que certes, les maillots sont superbes, et la qualité du flocage est top, mais j'avais demandé un ajustement juste après la commande. Résultat : mon interlocuteur a offert de m'envoyer les deux maillots tels que je les désirais, sans frais !! C'est un super geste commercial ! Ce qui m'a poussé à recommander un maillot, pour moi, aujourd'hui. Bref : tenez compte des délais de livraison, mais n'hésitez pas ! La qualité est au rendez-vous.

A good fit
