Paid more than I expected, and the price felt even harder to justify when the order wasn't complete. I don't mind paying for a game I want, but this felt like poor value. I'd compare prices elsewhere before buying here. That left me pretty disappointed, honestly. 😕
Yikes, the price felt far beyond what I expected. I wouldn't pay that for a game key.
Only part of my order arrived, and I couldn’t get a useful reply when I tried to sort it out. 😕
Only one key arrived from a larger order, and support has stayed unreachable for days. Very frustrating.
Order ID #113472 I only received the key for the first item, I didn't get the keys for other 2 items. Can't reach their customer service since 5 days.
Only 1 out of 2 game keys delivered – incomplete order I purchased 2 games, but I only received 1 game key. The remaining 1 keys were not delivered, which makes the order incomplete. Order ID Deliver the additional key from order #112402. The game name is Fahrenheit: Indigo Prophecy Remastered

I purchased 4 games, but I only received 1 game key. The remaining 3 keys were not delivered, which makes the order incomplete. Order number: #112104 Date of experience: 30.04.2026 The checkout process was fine, but the delivery of the product failed. I checked my email and account carefully, and there are no additional keys.
