Paid but couldn't access it

Smooth purchase and helpful support

I received my game key quickly, and it worked without any trouble. On another purchase, I accidentally chose the wrong product and still received help with a refund after explaining what happened. That level of understanding made me comfortable using the store again, and I would gladly return for another game.

Enjoy this great store.

I've made several purchases with GamersGate and never had any problems. Recently, I made the wrong purchase of a game and revealed the product key, but they understood and refunded me, even though it was my mistake. I highly recommend buying from GG, the way they treat their customers is incredible. RATING 1000.

Worked for me

So, I understood from the reviews that it is a bit of a gamble to go with them. But a 74% discount was worth the roll of the dice for me. Payment was simple, it did then take about 15 min for them to give me the game code. Nervy 15 min, but delivered and worked and I have access to the game. Little weird to have to wait after payment, but the product was delivered, they sent me an email after the purchase with login details in case I needed them, that they had generated. This seems to deal with some of the other feedback I read about account lock out. So, all good, nothing to complain about really.

Scammed during the purchase step

Gamersgate allowed me to make a purchase without creating an account, then refused to send me a password (or let me reset my password) to create an account with that email... which they then required for me to access my purchase. Effectively they took my money then refused to give me my product. Steer clear - no "sale" is worth it if you don't get what you paid for.
