Are games usually discounted?

Many reviewers describe the prices and discounts as a reason they shop here, including deals they found competitive with other game stores. Individual prices and offers vary.

How quickly do game keys arrive?

Many reviewers say keys arrived immediately or within minutes of purchase. Reviews of pre-orders also describe receiving codes shortly after a game's launch, though timing may vary.

Do buyers report problems redeeming their keys?

Many reviewers say their keys worked or redeemed without issues. One reviewer also found the redemption instructions clear enough to complete the process independently.

Is the website and checkout easy to use?

Many reviewers describe browsing, finding a game, and completing checkout as straightforward. A few report payment errors or extra steps when applying a discount.

Can the final price differ from the listed price?

One reviewer reported paying somewhat more than the displayed amount, attributing the difference to currency exchange and asking for clearer pricing. Another described their price as accurate, so experiences differ.

Does the store have a wide selection of games?

Reviewers mention finding familiar releases as well as less prominent titles. One reviewer wanted more variety and noted that the selection did not cover every niche game they searched for.

What do reviewers say about customer support?

A few reviewers describe receiving clear, prompt help, while another reports a very poor support experience. The small number of comments reflects mixed individual experiences.

Right on launch

Pre-order code came just after launch, and the bonus content was there too. A small discount made waiting for release feel a bit more worthwhile.

easy to buy, and good pricing

easy to buy, usually has discounts that match or are better than steam, and I save on tax which makes it even cheaper.

As always it works well but I would prefer some clarity of the actual transaction fee

I liked that the product works well and on time but Google Pay does not work as an option for me on their site and it is not on Google's part nor my bank's since I already checked with them. Also I always get charged a "little bit more" than what is advertised but that comes with currency exchange yet I would like a proper show of the price.
