Do customers say their consoles and controllers work properly after repair?

Many reviewers say their repaired consoles or controllers were working when returned. However, repair results are not universal: some reviews describe an unsuccessful diagnosis or a problem that remained after a controller repair.

Are repair parts suitable for do-it-yourself repairs?

Reviewers describe using flex cables, trace repair parts, and other components to repair consoles themselves. Some found the parts straightforward to fit, while others noted that certain repairs required careful assembly or soldering experience.

Are there instructions or videos to help with repairs?

Some reviewers found the repair videos helpful for following the steps and understanding how parts fit together. One reviewer noted that combining several repair components could take extra effort to work through.

How is communication during a repair?

Many repair customers describe communication as clear and helpful, with updates about the process and explanations of next steps. A few reviews report difficulty getting a response after raising an unresolved repair issue.

What do reviewers say about shipping and delivery?

Many reviewers say parts arrived promptly or that shipping was fast, including for some overseas orders. A small number mention a delay, including one delivery affected by a clerical error.

How do reviewers describe the prices?

Several reviewers describe repair or part prices as reasonable, sensible, or good value. One reviewer also noted that a repair cost less than expected when a part did not need replacing.

How long do repairs take?

Timing varies in the reviews. Some customers describe a quick turnaround, while others mention a repair taking longer than they hoped. One reviewer said the timeframe they were given was met.

Working again...

The console is working again... and the repair videos made the steps much easier to follow. I had to think through how the parts sat together, but the guidance helped me get there without guessing. A useful option for a hands-on repair, especially when the process feels complicated.

Excellent communication

Excellent communication, superb videos on YouTube, I used a fix flex which which I fitted ok but console would not power up due to an accident with a solder splash! I did explain it in my communication with you. The owner didn't want to continue with the repair, keep up the good videos Allan W

My experience was pretty good

My experience was pretty good, it was easy to see the ways the product makes it so you can repair your own console with their video tutorials which is extremely helpful and intuitive. I had used the TVS DIODES, the ESD bypass chip flex, and the hdmi trace repair kit, using all of them at once is quite difficult once you find that the hdmi trace flex overlaps the esd bypass but it is easily figured out with some effort, overall my Xbox is up and working again despite the horrible condition it was in and that’s all that matters, thank you so much for developing this it was extremely helpful in my case
