They stole from me and didn't even repair my controller

I sent my Xbox controller to them for repair. It was returned missing the rechargeable battery pack that was in the controller. Then when I tested the controller, it hadn't been repaired at all. I've sent them several emails and tried to make contact via whatsapp using the details on their website but they have not replied. I'm able to dispute the payment with PayPal so I might get that money back but I'm out the cost of postage and buying a replacement battery pack.

That port was worth fixing

The damaged HDMI port was the main issue, and the repair felt like FAIR value. I liked having that fault addressed without making the whole thing into a bigger expense. Keeping a device going is the bit that mattered most to me, so that felt like the right call.

K silver KS13 pro

I ordered a set of K silver KS13 pro TMR joysticks for my dualsense edge and although I can't fault the actual product. There could have been better communication with the despatch and delivery of them however. Tracking just said ordered and awaiting despatch, however have a couple of emails to find out what was happening, I never got any reply or updates.

Repaired my Xbox series controller

Repaired my Xbox series controller. The TRT was nearly two weeks but the eBay listing implies that it will be much faster. I found the communication was really poor and it was nearly a week before my messages were responded to... Maybe look at using AI automation to help you with customer service, because I genuinely did think I had been scammed in the end. On a positive note my controller was fixed and returned back to me, and the joystick drift fixed with hall effect sticks as an upgrade.
