A great custom pad

The controller turned out great. It’s exactly the sort of custom pad I was hoping for, and I’m really pleased with it.

PS5 TMR Stick upgrade

Great communication - easily answered any queries. The controller was sent back packaged very well and is free. New TMR sticks work perfectly fine so far!

No delivery updates and no email responses

Ordered the controller on the 12 of october and said it would be delivered between the 15 and 19th of october and when i have looked at the tracking i have had no updates on it all it says is waiting for detaild and when i have emailed twice and sent a message through the website i have got no response at all

Feels great in hand

Really pleased with how this pad feels in hand. The triggers have a crisp, mouse-click feel and the face buttons respond nicely, so it feels good to use rather than just looking the part. It’s comfortable through a longer session too. No complaints from me.

Down 2 controllers, £50 and left in the dark.

I sent 2 ps5 controllers off to have their joysticks repaired. I was told they were shipped start of last week on 24hr tracked royal mail. I emailed on friday to enquire what was going on as royal mail tracking showed they were still awaiting the package that was being shipped to me. Since then i have emailed again yesterday and been completely blanked in regards to both emails enquiring whats going on. So far it seems im down £50, 2 ps5 controllers and no idea whats going on, not even an acknowledgement of the issue or a commitment to sort it.

Didn’t get my design that I wanted came with my opitions button damaged and my mouse click triggers a little bit broke aswell

Messaged about an issue with the pad…

Messaged about an issue with the pad and was offered either to fix it or get a new one at a discounted price. After sending it in i realised that my son who has special needs had actually taken the pad apart before popping it in the box to return. After speaking to a member of the team i realised the full extent of the damage and was happy with the outcome. Really appreciate the support they gave me on the pad.
