Do repaired devices work properly when returned?

Many reviewers say their repaired controllers, consoles, or other devices returned in working condition. A few report an unsuccessful diagnosis or a fault that remained after repair, so experiences are not uniformly positive.

How good is communication during a repair?

Clear communication and progress updates are among the most frequent positives. Reviewers describe being kept informed about the steps and expected timing, though one reviewer says they did not receive a response after reporting a remaining fault.

Are repairs and parts reasonably priced?

Several reviewers describe repair prices as reasonable and say parts offered good value. One reviewer also appreciated being charged less when a replacement part was not needed. Pricing experiences may depend on the repair or part.

How quickly are repairs completed or parts shipped?

Many reviewers describe repairs or dispatch as quick. Timing can vary: one reviewer says a three-week estimate was met, while another felt a repair took longer than desired. Reviews also mention fast shipping, including to the US.

Are the repair parts easy to use?

Reviewers praise some repair parts for making difficult console repairs easier, and one says an instructional video helped with the job. Some repairs require soldering experience and delicate assembly, so the parts may not suit every skill level.

What happens if a repair cannot be completed?

One reviewer says a repair could not be completed successfully and that they received a refund. This is an individual experience, and the reviews do not establish what happens in every unsuccessful repair.

Are there any reported delivery or packaging problems?

Most shipping comments are positive, including reports of prompt delivery. One reviewer mentions a one-day delay attributed to a clerical error and was disappointed that the parcel was not marked as fragile.

My experience was pretty good

My experience was pretty good, it was easy to see the ways the product makes it so you can repair your own console with their video tutorials which is extremely helpful and intuitive. I had used the TVS DIODES, the ESD bypass chip flex, and the hdmi trace repair kit, using all of them at once is quite difficult once you find that the hdmi trace flex overlaps the esd bypass but it is easily figured out with some effort, overall my Xbox is up and working again despite the horrible condition it was in and that’s all that matters, thank you so much for developing this it was extremely helpful in my case

Very good

Very good, easy to use service. My repair wasn't a straight forward one but it was dealt with well in a good time frame. Controller returned and as expected, works fine. Would use again without hesitation. Pricing was also sensible. Thankyou for your help.

This has to be up there with one of the best online retail repair companies that I have used. I've purchase a couple of items to fix consoles and have had a rapid turnaround, constant updates and extra instructions for one item, for which I was grateful for. Its now my first stop for anything I need. Keep up the excellent work and reviews, its well deserved!
