What do reviewers say about the quality of the games?

Many reviewers describe products such as carrom boards and croquet sets as well made, sturdy, and carefully finished. However, some report damaged items or concerns about individual product quality, so experiences are not uniform.

How reliable is delivery?

Delivery is often described as quick, with some orders arriving the next day or earlier than expected. Other reviewers report delays, missing parcels, or incomplete deliveries, and some say tracking or delivery updates were lacking.

Is the website and ordering process easy to use?

Some reviewers found online ordering straightforward and reported that order changes were handled quickly. One reviewer had trouble finding the basket on a phone in portrait mode, and another reported an order-processing problem that resulted in a duplicate payment before one payment was refunded.

How responsive is customer service?

Experiences vary. Some reviewers praise staff for being helpful, keeping them updated, and resolving order problems. Others say they could not get a response to calls or emails, or found assistance unhelpful when raising a product concern.

What happens if an item arrives damaged or an order is incorrect?

Some reviewers say the company arranged a replacement or helped correct an order mistake. Others report damaged, missing, or incomplete items and say they had difficulty reaching customer service or did not receive a resolution.

Do reviewers think the products are worth the price?

Views differ. Some reviewers describe products as good value or reasonably priced, while others felt an item was smaller than expected for its price or raised concerns about product specifications. Checking the listed dimensions and details may help set expectations.

Only Bag no Carom board

Placed an order for the carom board and the bag for my kids B'day, unfortunately their delivery partner first delivered package in the pathway of another house and they have acknowledged it by putting the pic of it as the delivery evidence. When I checked the item it was only the bag and no carom board. This was an express delivery, I called their phone line it went unanswered. Sent them an email, no response. They first charge for the express delivery and then send only the bag, what am I suppose to with it? Really disappointed!!

Poor quality croquet mallet that we purchased…

The croquet mallet that we purchased was of very poor quality. The undercut ends were not square to the main head. It was totally unbalanced. The brass around the head was of such poor quality not finished correctly or attached correctly. Hope you find this review helpful. So other people can receive a croquet that is useable.
