A helpful local shop
The shop itself is on the small side, so checking the website first made it easier to see what was available. The range online was varied, and ordering there was straightforward; I also appreciated having the option to collect instead of paying delivery costs. When I needed a hand, the owner was friendly and happy to help, and the prices seemed fair. The choice gave me room to compare a few options before settling on something that suited me. That personal welcome made the whole experience feel easy.
